Product Description: With its smart designed and robust Ultra Flat Overrunable robot platform UFO and its new driving robot, Humanetics Austria offers the perfect equipment for efficient development and testing of active safety systems. When the UFO was designed, major attention was paid to the test efficiency of the system. Therefore, UFO was designed with removable ramps to allow easy transportation and storage in standard minivans and removable batteries to allow continuous testing without charging breaks. Besides that, easy servicing is also taken into account: The UFO is designed with one central cover plate that can be removed with few screws and allows therefore easy and quick access to all technical components. Designing all components to be 100% waterproof allows very easy cleaning of the robot, which is essential if tests are performed under salty conditions. The Humanetics driving robot is the perfect complement to the UFO. Its smart design allows very quick and space saving installation. The compact driving robot box, which contains all the electronics for the robot, can be very easily installed by ISOFIX and therefore keeps the passenger seat clear for a test engineer and trunk free for development electronics and data acquisition.

Critical Competencies:
? Knowledge on robotic systems or similar (Software, Electric/Electronic, Mechanic) ? Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, especially under emotional pressure ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? IT literate ? Network knowledge (Wifi, Ethernet) ? Hands on mentality ? Ability to troubleshoot, repair and service technical equipment. ? Well-organized, structured work mentality ? Create and use checklists. ? Proper documentation ? Proper reporting ? Leading the support groups and technical center. ? Education and/or Experience:
? Bachelor’s degree in engineering or graduate from an engineering- focused college (secondary school) ? Professional experience in the testing field is recommendable. ? Mechanic, electric, and electronic knowledge and practical experience recommendable ? Very good software knowledge (MS-Office, …) ? Very good English knowledge
