工作内容：
1. Responsible for organize the project design team, confirming the professional supervisors, and writing the organizational chart
2. Sorted out the scope of project design work and disclosed to the design team according to the owner's contract, specifications, and early meeting minutes and clarifications
3. Organize and confirm the interface of project design work, including the interface of various specialties outside and inside the technical department
4. Confirm that the drawing supply plan of the owner meets the project plan;
5. Organize professional supervisors to identify design risks at each stage of processing design, and track the implementation of solutions and measures;
6. Organize all majors to prepare Deliverable list and list of materials;
7. Prepared design manpower plan according to design Level 5 plan;
8. Proposed design resource requirements, and proposed the number, qualification, experience, software and hardware requirements of designers according to the design plan;
9. Organized the review of construction plans;
10. Monitor design progress, quality and cost;
11. Responsible for the compilation of management design changes;
12. Organized the preparation of as-built drawings;

任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. More than 12 years of project design and management experience;
3. Good English reading and writing ability;
4. Be familiar with offshore oil & gas industry standard and code, and common experience in floater engineering;
5. Good at coordination with all discipline.
