Data Management & Analysis

- Coordinate within team to well support line manager on all related data management and analysis based on business needs
- 根据业务需求，与团队协调，支持直线经理的所有相关数据管理及分析

- Develops logical approach on data collection, ensures data collection meets the timeline, ensures data quality and volume is sufficient. Builds high quality analyses and baselines, challenges analysis for reasonableness and logic.
- 开发合理的数据收集方法，确保数据收集符合时间表，确保数据质量和数量充足。建立高质量的分析和基准，挑战分析的合理性和逻辑性

- Knowledge of system usage and data feeding process to ensure the data accuracy in global sourcing related systems and local data pool
- 了解系统使用和数据输入流程，以确保全球采购相关系统和本地数据池的数据准确性


Process Management & Optimization
流程管理及优化

- Support line manager on sourcing process maintenance and management, collect and summarize feedbacks from global sourcing offices for sourcing process optimization.
- 支持直线经理对采购流程的维护和管理，收集并整理来自全球采购办公室的反馈以优化采购流程.

- Support regular external and internal relevant trainings to assist global sourcing team and vendors in understanding of import sourcing business process.
- 支持定期的外部和内部相关培训，以帮助全球采购团队和供应商了解进口采购业务流程

- Identify potential improvement opportunities on the sourcing process from working area and user feedback. Support line manager to lead optimization projects to ensure sourcing process efficiency.
- 从工作区域和用户反馈中确定采购过程中潜在的改进机会。支持直线经理领导优化项目，确保采购过程的效率

- Support line manager on any assigned process development and optimized projects.
- 支持直线经理参与任何指定的过程开发和优化项目


System/Platform Support
系统/平台支持

- Providing sufficient guidance to global sourcing and vendors to ensure related system/platform running stably and effectively in daily operation.
- 为全球采购和供应商提供足够的指导，确保相关系统/平台在日常运行中稳定有效地运行

- Collect external and internal feedbacks on import system/platform utilization, and coordinate with relevant project team for system enhancement.
- 收集外部和内部对系统/平台使用情况的反馈，协调相关项目团队进行系统优化。

- Support line manager on new platform/software development, testing and on launching.
- 支持新平台/软件的开发、测试和上线。


Project Management
项目管理

- Coordinating project activities, collaborating with project team members, developing measurable projects goals and objectives
- 协调项目活动，与项目团队成员合作，制定可衡量的项目目标和目的

- Monitoring the project status and ensure task are executed as defined in the schedule
- 监控项目状态，确保任务按照计划执行

- Provide inputs and report to the line manager to ensure the on-time delivery as well as to achieve project goals
- 向直线经理提供专业意见以确保按时交付并实现项目目标

- Support the line manager on identifying the projects of improvement opportunities base on the business needs
- 支持直线经理根据业务需求确定改进项目的机会



Required Qualifications:
职位要求：


- Bachelor’s Degree or above, prefer major in Management of Information, International Trading or Supply Chain
- 大学本科及以上学历，信息管理、国际贸易或供应链相关专业优先

- Multinational company working experience is preferred
- 有跨国公司工作经验者优先

- 3 years of experience required with project management, process optimization or system development related working experience
- 3年以上项目管理、流程优化或系统开发相关工作经验

- Good communication skills on the case/project management process to understand the case/project background and purpose precisely
- 良好的案例/项目管理过程沟通技巧，准确理解案例/项目背景和目的

- 2 years and above data management and analysis experience, refining system processes for the purpose of optimization experience is a plus
- 2年以上数据管理和分析经验并具备为优化目的而精炼系统流程的经验者优先

- Experience interacting with cross functional teams
- 有与跨职能团队互动的经验

- Have strong ownership to the tasks assigned, and have sense to monitor the progress and follow up in a timely manner

- Exhibiting strong teamwork spirit and a willingness to share

- Oral and written communication skills with fluent English and predominate local language.
- 流利的英语口语和书面沟通能力

- Good MS operating and data analysis skill, being proficient in using Access and Power BI is a plus
- 熟练的办公软件操作及数据分析能力，熟练使用Access和Power BI者优先

- Strong logical capability, and good patient
