COMMON DUTIES 一般职责


Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

Support and report to manager, cooperate with related project team members to achieve engineering target in delivery project. Fulfill tasks from manager on time; 支持并向经理汇报，与项目设计小组内其他人员合作完成设计目标。按时完成经理分配的各种任务；
Continuously improve design quality required by quality target and customer feedback listed in quality system; 按照质量体系中质量目标的要求及用户反馈，持续改进设计质量；
Support to internal customers and continuously improve customer’s satisfaction; 支持内部客户，持续改进客户满意度；
Ensure that 5S & LSS in own area are implemented; 确保在自己区域内的5S和LSS的实施；
To perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the JD including but not limited to the other tasks assigned by manager; 履行其他没有在职位描述中提及的工作任务包括单不限于经理交待的其他任务；
Engage in the development of hi-tech product as mentioned in this JD 积极参与本JD中描述的高科技产品相关的开发、研制工作.




ENGINEERING RESPONSIBILITIES 设计职责
Finish engineering material according to valid rules and standards before time stamp of engineering schedule and report to designated project leader for audit; Follow and control design progress, timely report design progress status to designated project leader; 根据有效的规则和标准在设计进度时间结点前完成设计材料并汇报给指定项目负责人审核。对进度进行跟踪控制，向指定项目负责人按时汇报进展状态;
Check engineering material integrity and correctness, contact designated project leader and follow up the question if found; 核查设计材料的完整性和正确性，如发现问题要及时与指定项目负责人联系，并进行跟踪；
According to the requirement of design task, ensure every project information be handout to the corresponding department on time, including support to internal or external workshop; 根据设计任务的要求，将每个项目的信息都按时传递到相应的部门，包括对内部和外部车间的支持；
Supporting site work during installation, commissioning and start up for needed engineering solutions. 对安装、调试和开机过程中的现场工作给予支持；
Continuously improve design quality required by quality target and customer feedback listed in quality system; 按照质量体系中质量目标的要求及用户反馈，持续改进设计质量；
Support to internal customers and continuously improve customer’s satisfaction; 支持内部客户，持续改进客户满意度；

Job Requirement & Qualification 任职要求:
Bachelor or above;
本科及以上；
Good command of foreign language;
能流利使用外语进行工作；
Sufficient skills in MS office tools and Valmet Engineering tools; 可熟练使用微软办公工具及维美德机械设计软件系统；
3 to 5 years working experience; 3至5年工作经验；
Excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals; 精通机械设计基本原理；
Have awareness of ISO 9001 & ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system. 具有ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001质量管理体系意识。
Knows relative theory and control method of products quality; 具备产品质量管理控制的相关理论和方法；
Good knowledge in Paper Machine process and Valmet Paper concepts; 熟悉纸机工艺及维美德纸机概念；
