Job responsibility:



Properly prepare, mask, blasting and apply metal spray coatings to rebuild parts.对喷涂零件喷涂进行准备,完成保护,吹砂并零件喷涂工作.
Examine the spray samples for tensile bond test and metallographic examination.对喷涂试片进行拉力和金相检查.
Maintain the record and reports per aviation regulation requirements.按民用航空规章相关要求保存工作有关记录和报告.
Maintain the equipment TPM to ensure it is always under a good condition.做好设备日常管理维护工作( TPM),确保设备总是处于可用状态.
Continue to improve the spray process and parameter proactively to maintain the spray process robustness.持续主动改进喷涂过程及喷涂参数,维持喷涂过程稳定性.
Keep and follow the safety requirement to operate the equipment safely.严格遵守安全规范要求,保持设备安全运行.
Become the process owner for thermal spray process such as creating standard work procedure, new coating development, employee training, trouble shooting.etc.管理喷涂过程,创建喷涂相关标准操作程序,开发新涂层,培训其他人员和对设备及流程排故.
Complete the ACE (continue improvement) activities and EHS tasks assigned.完成持续改进有关项目和安全生产有关任务.
Develops, writes, test, implements and controls programs for ABB robots as applicable.开发,编制,测试,应用和控制ABB机械臂程序.
Cross trains in other complementary skills and seeks endorsements for those skill as needed to support production requirements.根据生产安排情况接受其他能力培训,拓展并取得其他工作能力授权.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.完成主管安排的其他任务.




Job qualifications:
Over 2 years work experience of thermal spray (Plasma & HVOF).2年以上热喷涂工作经验(等离子喷涂和超音速喷涂)
Have the knowledge of surface preparation; spray parameter setting, spray process control and the spray sample examination.掌握零件喷涂表面准备,喷涂参数设定,喷涂过程控制和喷涂试片检查知识.
Has experience of operating Praxair machine and ABB Robert is preferred.***有操作普莱克斯喷涂设备和ABB机械臂经验.
Advanced understanding of robotic water jet stripping experience is preferred. ***有操作高压水射流设备去除材料经验..
Good English skills to read the related technical data and perform other daily tasks.良好的英语应用能力,能读懂相关英文技术资料和完成英语相关的日常工作.
