Position Title : Merchandiser of Softline 业务跟单员

Job Description:
1, Organize & participate buying meeting. Sourcing, select, collect suitable vendors on buyer's request.
2, Has strong knowledge/ experienced in Developing and sourcing diverse and innovative product categories which included knit products to pets categories, It should be in accordance with designs and specifications as detailed by Buyers.
3, Researching and promoting of new and bestselling product items from vendors and share it with buyers.
4, Strong personality to be able to make direct negotiation with vendors . Price, packaging, shipment, complaints. etc.. ensure the purchasing in China is competitive in all respects; Sampling & order follow up, daily review & report on running orders.
5, Work through internal system for PI generating & order follow up.
6, Maintain close contact with buyers and vendors through buying meeting, fair and daily communication.
7,Drive all stakeholders (buyer, supplier) for effective problem solving and continuous improvement.
8,work closely with different dept. in Shanghai office and oversea buyers to Ensures that the goods delivery timelines are respected according to pre-agreed lead times.
9, Partner with Quality Assurance/Control department to anticipate quality risks and resolve quality issues with vendors.
10, Participate in social compliance monitoring of factories, and make sure production is only placed with factories that have been signed off for compliance.


Job Requirement:
1，More than 4 years working experience in merchandising at buying office for sourcing knit garments/pet products/accessories .
2，Strong product expertise
3，Proactive
4，Good sourcing capability and negotiation skills. Flexible with traveling
5，Self-motivated team player & willing to work under pressure
6，Good knowledge of the supply chain in Asia
7，Must have strong ability to speak, read and write in English
8，Fluent in Spanish is an obvious advantage
