工作内容
1.负责IATF16949质量管理体系的建立、保持和持续改进; 跟踪管理管理体系运行过程中纠正措施/预防及改进措施的实施，确保体系运行符合性和有效性
Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement of the management system; Track the corrective/preventive action implementation in system operation, assure the system compliance and effectiveness
2.负责内部新产品开发阶段及批量生产过程中各类质量文件及标准的审批确保文件的符合性，包括CP，PSW,偏差许可，FP, VH，挑选返工作业指导书等
Responsible for the approval of various quality documents and standards in the internal new product development stage and mass production process, including CP, PSW, deviation, FP, VH, sorting and rework working instruction
3.负责内外部质量问题的跟踪处理，对产品及过程的符合性具有决定权
Responsible for the tracking and treatment of internal and external quality issues, and have the right to determine the conformity of products and processes
4.在发生来料、内部不良和客户抱怨时，参与可疑物料的评审,及监督供应商改进措施执行
Responsible for the review for suspected material when incoming，internal issue and customer complaint, supervise the supplier improvement activities
5.定期跟踪质量的KPI，如质量成本，客户投诉次数等，并设定纠正措施以达成指标
Regularly track the quality KPIs, e.g. qualtiy costs, customer complaint times, set up the corrective action to attain the targets
6.负责提升公司员工的质量意识
Responsible for improving the quality awareness of the company's employees
7.负责组织内部审核(产品，过程，体系)
Responsible for organizing internal audits (products, processes, systems);
8.确保试验室和产线的测量设备和仪器及时校准，试验室符合IATF16949和客户特殊要求
Responsible for the timely calibration to the test jigs/equipments on production line and lab, the lab conforming to the ITF16949 and customer specific requirements
9.组织每日质量部门会议，参加经理会议，周评审会议并落实跟踪需要实施的行动计划
Organize the daily quality department meeting, attend the manager meeting, weekly manager review meeting, follow up all meeting output actions
10.完成周和月质量报告并跟进措施进展
Responsible for the weekly and monthly quality report and related action items
11.负责本部门下属人员能力提升及考核与晋升
Responsible for the ability improvement and assessment and promotion of the subordinates of the department;
12.负责其他营运副总指定其他与质量相关的任务
Responsible for other tasks related to quality assigned by the operation vice GM

任用资格Competence
1.大学本科以上学历，理工科或质量管理相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering or quality management related;
2. 10年以上的质量相关经验，5年以上汽车行业从业经验，3年以上团队管理经验，有IATF16949推行或维护经验
More than 10 years of quality management experience, 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, 3 years of team management experience, familiar with IATF16949 quality management system;
3.熟悉5大册要求，包括APQP,PPAP,MSA,FMEA,SPC及质量工具运用：8D,5why,鱼刺图，GD&T等
Familiar with the requirements of 5 manuals, including APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC and quality tools,eg.8D, 5why, fishbone, GD&T, etc
4.通晓质量管理体系、产品检验标准和产品质检相关知识；良好的质量体系管理及分析能力，有良好的沟通协调能力，执行力强；
Familiar with quality management system, product inspection standards and product quality inspection knowledge; Good quality system management and analysis ability; good communication and coordination skills, strong execution
5. 6 Sigma绿带或黑带，ASQ CMQ/OE优先
6 Sigma green belt or black belt, ASQ CMQ/OE certificate is preferred
