任职资格：

1. 准备并记录支付单据，支付，监控现金余额并与银行保持联系

2. 核实员工索赔是否符合公司指导方针并处理索赔

3. 负责记录采购订单，核对发票/采购订单/收据，在SAP和金蝶系统中输入供应商发票

4. 准备与库存相关的月末结帐报告，包括对库存差异进行核对，并准备月度生产线损益分析

5. 负责SAP资产代码的创建和金蝶固定资产卡的创建。固定资产要定期用指定的目录号进行标记。

6. 编制固定资产月末结帐报告，计算折旧和摊销资本化，更新和维护固定资产登记，为新的收购和处置和转让

要求:

1. 本科及以上学历，财务或会计相关专业;

2. 有贸易或制造经验者优先，有成本会计经验者优先;

3. SAP操作优先;

4. 必须用英文写邮件(不需要口头);

5. 熟练使用word、excel等办公软件。

Opening Position-Senior Accountant

You will report to the manager of Accounting & Tax Compliance in Shanghai and assist his/her to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting advisory and to provide accounting recurring operations for clients

Opportunities and responsibilities

1. Prepare and journalize disbursements, payment documents and to disburse, monitor cash balance and liaise with banks

2. Verify employee claims for compliance with company guidelines and process claims

3. Be responsible for recording Purchase Order, to match invoice/purchase order/receipt, input supplier invoices in both SAP and Kingdee

4. Prepare month-end closing group reporting related to inventory including reconcile stock variances for stock count and prepare monthly analysis of product line profit and loss

5. Be responsible to create asset code in SAP and fixed asset cards in Kingdee. Tag fixed assets with assigned catalog number regularly.

6. Prepare month-end closing of fixed asset report to compute depreciation and Amortization of Capitalized and update and maintain fixed assets register for new acquisitions and disposals and transfers

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree and above, Finance or Accounting related;

2. Better in trading or manufactory experience, cost accounting experience is a plus;

3. SAP operation is preferred;

4. Email writing in English is a must (no need for oral);

5. Proficiency in MS such as word and excel.
