In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
1. Provide support to the CSR China Leader including paperwork handling, system managing, and CSR related administrative work. 2. Provide analysis on 3rd party assessment and performance. Conduct on-site audit and related logistics work. 3. Follow up the areas of improvement at the factory level per audit report / CAP review. 4. Onboarding of Suppliers/factories acc. to CSO’s standards. Planning, reporting, and evaluation of social Audits; 5. Assist with the internal Audit plan deployment and execution, increase transparency and traceability. 6. Responsible for keeping CSR data up to date and confirm audit schedule with suppliers. 7. Daily contact window to 3rd party audit companies, including confirming audits, receiving audit, forwarding audit reports to suppliers and flowing CAP of audit findings. 8. Responsible for monitoring suppliers’ performance and raising up warnings of low performed suppliers. 9. Ensure the audits are carried out according to the plan. Key contact window to suppliers, 3rd parties, and internal teams on CSR audit. Facilitate CSR and sustainability trainings. 10. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree holder in any discipline. 2+ years work experience. Relevant experience in CSR is preferred. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Able to work under pressure, results oriented, good communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded. A team player but also work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Travel is required.
