工作职责：
1. 负责天猫旗舰店促销活动的策划、组织、执行，数据的总结收集
2. 每日监控的数据：营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理
3. 与淘宝等线上平台小二的良好的日常联系。
4. 协助领导负责公司天猫的运营推广工作，承担天猫店铺运营推广任务；
5. 协助领导制订可行性、阶段性的店铺运营方案，根据网站运营模式，针对不同商品及项目，开发切合用户利益的新型运营促进策略；
6. 对网上店铺的PV、销量、跳出率、地域分布、转化率等做出专业的数据分析及平时做好竞争对手网站的数据的采集、评估与分析；

工作要求：
1. 电子商务、市场营销专科以上***学历，专业不限
2. 1-2年以上淘宝、天猫等线上运营相关经验，有独立运营店铺
3. 抗压力强
4. 具有良好的统筹协调能力，优秀的文字及语言沟通能力，工作耐心细致，良好的职业素养，强烈的自我驱动力和优秀的团队合作精神
Job Responsibilities:

6. Make professional data analysis on PV, sales, bounce rate, geographical distribution, conversion rate, etc. of the online store and usually do a good job of collecting, evaluating and analyzing the data of competitors' websites.

Job Requirements:
1. Full-time degree or above in e-commerce, marketing, major is not limited
2. 1-2 years of experience in Taobao, Tmall and other online operations
3. Strong resistance to stress
