Responsibility 1. Maintain current customer business, monitor sales trends & generate accurate forecast, develop customer needs to dig out more business opportunities. 2. Assist Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategy. 3. Identify customer key person, build and maintain sounding customer relationship to ensure high customer satisfaction. 4. Understand customer needs/issues to identify business opportunity and to propose value-based solution to key customers (ask the right questions to get insight) 5. Actively participate in customer’s R&D process and become a trusted advisor to customer hence to build a win-win long term relationship 6. Actively introduce and promote Bufab digital tools and logistics solutions to customers 7. Promote sustainability in the company, actively propose Bufab sustainable value to customers 8. Handle customers in a structure and smart way by prioritizing customers and developing sales plan. 9. Creative selling in offering solution-based services to customers, assessing risks with effective planning and project management. 10. Develop new customer and existing customer new business. 11. Teamwork with Global Account Manager to achieve business targets of Global Accounts. 12. Make sales RAC(Result/Activities/Competence) plan and improve sales activities to meet sales target & GP target. 13. Attend weekly (pipeline review)/ monthly (customer sales review)/ yearly (annual sales plan) sales meeting, complete business reports to Sales Manager in a timely manner. 14. Responsible for project management whenever needed, coordinate internal teams to ensure business landed 15. Serve as an adviser to the company’s Business Leaders and identify opportunity/risk for the company 16. Act as the internal trainer to share knowledge and skills when needed 17. Other tasks assigned by manager
Education & Qualifications 1. College degree or above, min. 5 years relevant sales working experience in an international company 2. Knowledgeable of the C-parts management business is a plus 3. Experienced in managing and developing key customers. 4. Good command of English reading and writing, English speaking is a plus 5. Proficient in Microsoft softwares (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) 6. Frequent travelling is required
