Key Responsibility 1. Understand the demand dynamics of own accounts in order to plan and develop own accounts’ sales activities. 2. Monitor the competition in the market by gathering current market information on pricing, products, new products, demand-supply, market share, etc., to determine the sales strategies. 3. Support existing accounts, follow orders to achieve sales targets, advise on delivery schedules/ status, and discuss product properties & opportunities to provide total solutions to customers. 4. Approach new customers to obtain orders and expand the market through existing or potential sales opportunities and trade/ marketing activities. 5. Forecast sales plan to enable better operations planning and to monitor selling activities. 6. Build relationships with suppliers, customers, and related stakeholders to create commercial opportunities. 7. Visit customers regularly to maintain long-term customer relationships. 8. Handle customer complaints about product quality, usability, and delivery. 9. Introduce product innovations and offer product solutions that are aligned with customers’ requirements. 10. Work closely with related teams to ensure efficient service is delivered to customers. 11. Collect market information, analyze it, and prepare a summary report to the manager to update the market situation. 12. Keep the management informed of the market movement by submitting performance reports, such as weekly/monthly reports, call reports, and monthly and annual country analyses. 13. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in petrochemical seminars or exhibitions.
Qualification 1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Sciences, Material Sciences, or related fields is a plus 2. Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Support for Plastics/ Rubber/ Polymer/ Chemical industries is a plus. 3. In-depth knowledge of polymers and plastics is a plus. 4. Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs, Internet, and Sales systems is a plus. 5. English communication is required
