At least 8 years working experience preferable in fabric/garment development/production area.
Sound knowledge of fabric, trim & garment construction
Good communication in English no matter speaking or writing
Good communication with US design team for sample follow up.
Good communication with internal teams and factories
Patience and could work with others as a team
Computer knowledge is a must
Detailed person and organized, high sense of responsibility
Able to work under pressure
Overtime work will be required if necessary
Perform ad hoc tasks and follow changes as assigned by supervisor
