Department : Corporate Banking Coverage

Responsibilities
· Achieve the goal being set-up including client prospecting, marketing plan, new client acquisition and revenue generating
· Monitor and manage new and existing account relationship in order to optimize return
· Marketing and cross-selling of the Bank’s products
· Deliver quality credit applications with accurate/comprehensive analysis and submission for credit approval
· Research on industry or clients through various source, conduct thorough KYC and Due Diligence to control and manage risks
· Regular credit review, past-due situation monitoring and early identification of problem situations
· Regular client calling and briefing for account maintenance and monitoring, and preparing briefing notes for senior management calls.
· Stay informed about the legal, compliance and market-risk-related issues/regulations, and ensure compliance to Group and Regulatory policies.
· Liaison with external and internal stakeholders, and enhance bank’s network and brand
· Overall responsible and accountable for the credit quality of the assigned / acquired portfolio
· Complete other business related and admin matters assigned


Qualifications & Skills
· Solid university qualifications in Finance, Economics, Banking or related discipline
· Minimum 8 years related experiences in Corporate Banking and Trade Finance;
· Solid Experiences under Corporate Banking/Wholesale Banking that serves large corporates, MNCs, SOE
· Strong acumen in Corporate Banking and Trade products
· Good credit knowledge and marketing skills with the ability to interpret financial information
· Competent in government policies, guidelines, corporate law and business strategy
· Good communication and negotiation skills with multi-cultural awareness
· Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
· Strong computer literacy especially in Excel and PowerPoint
· A high standard of personal integrity and decisiveness
· Self-motivated, aggressive and result-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
· Good understanding of the general economic, political and business environment

Travel Requirements
May be required to travel within China when it is necessary.
