1. Be familiar with customer piping material related technical documents, or prepare piping material

specification according to project requirements ;

熟悉客户管道的材料相关技术文件，或根据项目需要编制管道材料等级表；

2. Reviewed the selection, substitution and deviation of materials;

对材料选择、代用、偏差进行审核；

3. Cooperate with piping engineer to complete material list; Check the accuracy and completeness of material

description in material list;

配合管道工程师，完善材料汇总表，检查材料汇总表中材料描述的准确性和完整性；

4. Prepare procurement technical documents of general and special materials for projects;

编制通用及项目专用材料采购技术文件；

5. Carry out the procurement management of piping materials according to the arrangement of the project

manager, including participate in the qualification review of material suppliers, submit PR, review supplier

quotation scheme, organize the delivery and acceptance of tracking materials, make up materials according to

design changes and site requirements, etc.;

根据项目经理的安排开展管道材料的采购管理工作，包括参与材料供应商的资质评审、提交请购单（PR）、审核供应商报价方案、组织追踪材料的交付验收、根据设计变更及现场需求补订材料等；

6. Improve the statistics and procurement process of piping materials.

改进管道材料的统计和采购流程。

Requirements 职位要求：

Education: Bachelor degree or above in metal materials, Chemical process & Engineering, or environmental

engineering;

教育：金属材料、化学工程与工艺、或环境工程等相关专业本科及以上学历;

Working Experience: At least 3 years pipeline material working experience in environmental technology,

chemical engineering, petrochemical industry or energy related industry;

工作经验：3 年以上在环境技术、化工工程、石油化工或能源相关行业管道材料工作经验;

Technical & Professional Knowledge:

技术和专业知识：

1. Be familiar with Excel to create related report;

能够熟练制作Excel 的相关报表;

2.  Be familiar with performance, use and feature of common material in petrochemical plants, be familiar

with related standards and regulations;

熟悉常用石油化工装置常用材料的性能、用途及特点，熟悉相关标准规范;

3.  Be Familiar with material purchasing specification;

熟悉材料采购规范编制；

4. Communicable written and spoken English；

可沟通交流的英语口语及书面表达能力；

5. Having engineering company or design institute work experience is desirable.

有工程公司或是设计院工作经验的优先考虑。
