Key responsibilities:
1. Participate in legal due diligence and M&A related work;
2. Being responsible for legal documents drafting, reviewing and translation work;
3. Provide FDI related legal advisory services with minimum supervision and handle the incorporation procedure for RO, WFOE, FICE and JV with minimum supervision;
4. Provide other legal advice for clients on commercial, corporate and labor law related matters etc.;
5. Other work as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Ability to read, interpret, draft, modify and review legal documents;
2. Capable to work with minimum supervision;
3. Good team worker;
4. LLB or LLM;
5. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
6. Bar qualification.
