- Responsible for customer quality complaint and return.
- Responsible for process & product quality performance.
- Developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.
- Responsible for customer audit and external parties on matters relating to the quality system audit.
- Ensuring that processes needed for the quality system are established, implemented and maintained.
- Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality system and needs for improvement.
- Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Monitor and measure processes and product against policies, objective and requirements for the product and report the results.
- Obtaining results of process and product performance and effectiveness
- Continuous improvement of processes based on objective measurement
- Establish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with customer requirements.
- New Program qualification
- Lead plant on customer qualification and approval process
- Lead cross functional team on quality problem solving
- Report weekly, monthly, quarterly on external and internal Key Performance Index, quality status.
- Perform additional assignment assign by his/her supervisor
- Promote and implement TTM corporate policy and strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 9 years quality working experience in EMS for OEM/ODM, including 6 years as a management position.
· 4 years quality management experience in ISO9001/AS9100/TL9000/TS16949, 8D, PPAP, MSA/GR&R and PCBA process is a MUST.
- Strong problem analysing and solving skills
- Smart PC skills
- Train and coach skills to engineers
- Should have the basic information security risk identification and judgment.
- Solid Knowledge of Process Capability Study, Statistical Process control ISO 9001/TS 16949 audit.
