Main Responsibilities:
Works closely with Category Developers in Sweden to learn about company purchasing strategies and demand
协助欧洲开发产品目录，了解采购战略和需求
Visits factories and fairs to source products and suppliers which might be interesting to introduce to Sweden
访问工厂和参加行业相关展会
Regularly evaluates suppliers according to routines, excludes and replaces suppliers found to be inadequate accordingly
供应商及供应链整体优化及管理，供应商定期评估
Familiarizes themselves with each assigned supplier to facilitate maximizing results of price, payment term, warranty, RMA and other commercial agreement negotiations
与供应商谈判协商公司合同/价格/付款方式/RMA等，保持公司整体的竞争力
Coordinates with Category Developers and the Design department in customizing goods according to own specifications and preferences
协助欧洲产品目录开发部门和设计部门开发自有品牌
Coordinates with local Quality department to ensure delivered goods are manufactured in accordance with relevant standards and regulations
协助品质部门确保交付产品符合相关的法规和标准
Arranges mass production inspections together with Quality department Manages to deliver goods according to schedule and, if needed, informs purchasers about any changes in estimated time of delivery
协同品质部门安排批量生产检验，并按照计划交付货物并在需要时与供应商联络项目进度
Develops category by learning tech trend/market/industry/ competitors/customers preferences/optimize product line etc.
通过分析技术趋势/市场/行业/竞争对手/客户偏好/优化产品线等开发优化产品品类

Requirements:
Knowledge/background in Electronics, computer, audio/ video, etc.
对消费电子产品有兴趣、有研究， 相关专业及行业经验更佳。
Good verbal and written communications skills in Chinese and English Strong listening, problem solving and decision-making skills
有良好的中英文读写说的能力，可以和国内供应商、国外买手畅通交流。
Good team working & proactive learning

薪水结构:
1.底薪+年底绩效（试用期工资不打折）
