Follow up and supervise new product and new project management. 4.与客户谈判商业(年度价格,应收帐款),工程变更请求和交付问题等。 Negotiation with customer for commercial (annual prices, account receivable), engineering change request and delivery problems, etc. 5.客户需求和公司利益之间保持平衡,保持着良好的业务关系。 Keep a balance between customer needs and company benefit to maintain sound business relationship. 6.根据内部标准,澄清问题和解决询价表,与团队做出合理的报价。 Clarify OPL and deal with RFQ according to internal standard process, make reasonable quotation with team. 7.客户策略设置和支持销售总监创建销售策略。 Customer strategy setup and support sales director to create sales strategy. 8.处理紧急情况下客户的特殊要求,包括在所有相关部门, 提供良好的服务以确保客户满意。 Deal with emergent cases regarding to customer special requirements, involve in all relative departments and provide good service to achieve customer satisfaction. 9.完成销售经理交办的其他事项,以及及时反馈。 Complete other tasks assigned by sales director and feedback promptly.
