Responsibility: -Support GM on initialing the strategic/operational business plan and daily activities and scheduling. -Manage the internal working system and process, support on driving digital upgrade. -Full responsibility of P&L on internal projects. -Understand the external market and internal business environment to develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to meet operational requirements -Build up and maintain solid and broad recruitment channel and network to continuously improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness -Projects and other tasks assigned by HRM
Qualification: -At least 5 years professional experience in MNC, within food and beverage industry would be a plus. -Strong ability to handle complex, diversified work requiring considerable judgment and initiative to solve problems. -Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems -Good communication and presentation skills -Service and customer-oriented thinking mode -Foreign language: English fluent in speaking and writing; German would be a plus. -Fast and continuous learning capability, ingenuity, and self-discipline
