General:
The GMO EA is defined and expected as one “left hand” close to company general management, not limited for company strategic development, as well as for daily operation and continuous improvement in the modern fast-changing business environment. Promoting the company voice with value in the industry and society.


Duties:
Support GM on initialing the strategic and operational business plan.
Support GM on daily activities and scheduling.
Manage the internal working system and process, support on driving digital upgrade.
Developing and managing the public relations.
Full responsibility of P&L on internal projects.
Realization and leading of cross-functional business improvement.


Qualifications:
At least 5 years professional experience in MNC, within food and beverage industry would be a plus.
Strong ability to handle complex, diversified work requiring considerable judgment and initiative to solve problems.
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Service and customer-oriented thinking mode.
Foreign language: English fluent in speaking and writing is must; German would be a plus.
Fast and continuous learning capability, ingenuity, and self-discipline.
