1、搜集、分析客户需求信息，基于公司标准的软硬件资源设计相应的测试系统方案，完成详细系统以及验证方案
的设计。
Communicate and exchange with customers to understand their demands and expectations, define our test
proposal base on standard hardware and software resources, finish the detail system design and validation
design.
2、配合项目经理制定项目开发计划，并按时完成项目交付，达成客户需求。
Work with project manager, deliver project on time, fulfill customer requirements and satisfaction.
3. 追踪并解决测试系统在客户侧运行遇到的问题，按流程完成设备交付，并确保已交付系统的稳定运行及必要的
技术支持。
Track and resolve the issues detected after bench delivered to customer. Take the responsibility for
the stable application of our test bench on customer site, provide technical support if need.
4、研究行业相关技术方案，协助销售对接客户，提供必要的售前技术支持。
Study related knowledge in automotive test field, communicate with customer, provide technical support
in pre-sales activities if necessary.
技 能 要 求
1、 本科及以上学历，电子或自动化相关专业；
Bachelor or above, Electronics or automation relative major;
2、 3~5年硬件设计或自动化测试设备开发经验，汽车测试设备开发者优先；
3~5 years Hardware R&D or automation test equipment’s developing experience. Automotive electronic
devices testing is preferred.
3、 具有良好的电路分析，问题总结，失效分析能力；
With good skills in circuits analysis, issues summary and failure analysis.
4、 具有过独立完成测试设备的开发经历，能够分析客户需求中的难点并能积极探索解决方案；
Could develop testing equipment by self. Could capture the key technical points from the customers’
requirements. And find solution actively.
5、 良好掌握常规的电子产品测量参数，测量方法，与调试经验；
Be familiar with general testing parameters, solutions and debugging skills for electronic products.
6、 思维严谨，能够与客户进行良好的技术交流。
With good sense and skills when discuss with customers, especially in technical filed.
