1.Propose district sale target for KA plan, organize to fulfill the plan and achieve the sales target. 制定指定区域的销售计划和具体的行动方案,并具体开展销售,完成销售指标; 2. Keep relationship with customers, help to deal with the communication of related department and customers; Tel and face visit with customers regularly and record it. 维护与客户的联系,协调处理相关部门与客户的的沟通问题;定期对客户进行电话/上门拜访;及时完成拜访记录;
3. Collect effective marketing news, propose customers’ requests on time, Assist marketing department’s work with advertise. 收集有效的市场信息,及时上报客户需求并提出建议;配合完成市场宣传、推广工作;
4. Report the sales process to KA Manager and feedback the project of the district sales, follow up problems in sales action and propose solution. 及时向大客户经理汇报销售行动的执行情况,定期对销售行动计划进行回顾,发现销售行动中存在的问题,及时提出个人改进意见或向大客户经理提交建议;
5. Sign the agreement with customers, send invoice and trace the related work to make sure agreement available and payment refund. 签订检测合同/协议,付款通知的生成、发送,跟进合同的履行等相关工作,确保销售款项按时回收;
6. Useful of sales budget with reason, improve the efficiency of budget. 合理使用销售费用,提高费用支出回报率;
7. Finish the other work from China North KA manager and senior management. 完成大客户经理及高级管理层指派的其他工作。
8. Ensure stability and satisfaction of key customer 确保大客户的稳定性和客户满意度
Job Specification任职资格: Education Background教育背景: Bachelor Degree or above, major in food,chemistry,biology,environment,marketing are preferred 本科及以上学历,食品、化学、生物、环境、营销相关专业优先。
English level英语水平: CET-6 or above, good at English in listening,speaking,reading and writing. 英文CET-6以上,良好的听说读写能力。 Training experience培训经历: None无要求 Work experience工作经验:
Over 3 years' sales experiences, engaged in terminal sales, food testing or testing related sales experiences is preferred. 3年以上销售经验,从事终端销售,食品检测或检测相关行业销售经验者优先。 Skills & Abilities技能和素质: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good customer service awareness.
