Job Responsibilities: 1 Establish and maintain good working relationships with high end channels in Eastern China region. 2 To arrange well for projects' marketing collaterals. 3 To organize press conferences and seminars, etc. events. 4 Seek out valuable leads and support sales to achieve yearly revenue. 5 Under the leadership of Head of Marketing, handle Shanghai online marketing for Savills Eastern China to increase projects' and brands' exposure. 6 Assist to manage design & production& content of marketing materials for Savills Eastern China. 7 Manage marketing vendors' procurement process. 8 Has collaborative resources for luxury brands, private banks and high net worth customers
Education / Degree: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with marketing and/or communication subjects as majors;
Knowledge / Skills /Competences Proficiency required for the Position Excellent learning capability and willingness to constantly learn new things Good entrepreneurship spirit and good attitudes to cooperate with team members Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, proficiency in English Knowledge of marketing and project management
Experience Minimum Years of Experience At least 5 years marketing experience in multinational companies, ideally with premium brands
