THE ROLE The Ecommerce Buyinger, China will be responsible for China e-commerce buying across all channels: TB official website, Tmall, WeChat, and any future expansion.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to: Work directly with the global director of buying to build a comprehensive strategy for all seasonal d classics buys utilizing an expert understanding of retail KPIs and OTB. Manage stock needs daily/weekly/monthly for the afore mentioned channels with an eye on maximizing sales potential while maintaining brand integrity and marketing goals. Provide periodic reporting and analysis on China ecommerce business along with recommendations on opportunities and areas for improvement. Work cross departmentally with Production, Logistics, and Allocation to meet delivery targets aligned to sales and marketing goals. Partner with E Business and Marketing to ensure product availability and support planning for online visual merchandising and marketing campaigns Partner with local brick & mortar team to have an informed view of the total regional business.
SKILLS 4-6 years experience in buying at a like brand Strong understanding of allocation and/or supply chain procedures; experience with SAP or like system++ Highly proficient in Excel Fluent oral and written English Possesses a willingness and desire to be a true business partner, add value and drive impact
