Being the warehouse main leader/ coordinator and ensuring effective communications between the customers, operations teams, subcontractors, local and regional management team on day-to-day operations problems and issues
Handling customers’ complaints and developing corrective action plan to solve the complaints in timely manner.
Sourcing potential subcontractors, negotiating with them to get the optimum cost/quality of services for the best interest of the customers and BOLLORE, training them according to the designed solutions, monitoring their performance in comply with the committed service levels, correcting sub-standard performance in timely manner
Liaison with relevant partners to ensure effective implementation or anticipate market changes
Understanding the customers new requirements and alerting local and regional management of their changing needs
Implementing and reviewing the solutions according to the agreed specifications, i.e. not limited to the development of standard operating procedures (SOP), service levels, key performance indicators (KPI), operations, staff training and management reports, system supports etc
Maintains ISO System daily operation and ensure for ISO certification audit.
