Applus+ Laboratories is seeking for a Cybersecurity Manager with solid hands-on experience in cybersecurity in, at least, areas such as network devices and communication protocols among others.

The ideal candidate should be someone with hands-on experience in the cybersecurity field, with very good knowledge in network devices technical domain who is services-oriented, proactive, and organized, as they will be working with a young, fast-paced team. Your role
Cybersecurity Service Manager:
· Follow and deploy the Cybersecurity Services in network devices, IoT, automotive and Industrial Control Systems.
· Provide technical matter of expertise to the Cybersecurity team.
· Definition and clarification of the cybersecurity requirements for a project.
· Responsible for interfacing with customer, negotiation, and review of customer requirements.
· Responsible for cybersecurity project management activities (work plans, schedules, meetings, customer interface, etc.)
· Direct contact with customer for Cybersecurity services.
· Coordinate issues related to cybersecurity services with other team members and support organization and customers.
· Lead and manage Cybersecurity aspects.
· Understand the products’ scope, design, and implementation to be able to design and implement a good security testing plan to assess product’s strengths and weaknesses in front of external cybersecurity attacks.
· Report evaluation activities.
· Support our clients understanding the results of security assessments and/or evaluations.
Requirements
· Experience of 3+ years in relation to the network devices sector with hands-on experience on communications protocols, administration and support of telecom networks or mobile networks.
· Deep technical knowledge of telecommunications protocols such as SIP, RTP and other relevant protocols.
· Experience with penetration testing.
· Strong technical writing abilities.
· Hardware engineering, electronics, telecommunications, or similar background/education.
· Good English level (written and spoken) is a must, any other language is a plus, especially Chinese.
· Team player.
· Organized, methodical and structured thinking.
· Customer orientation and people skills.
· Availability to travel.
· Knowledge and Experience in cybersecurity for automotive as ISO21434 is highly desirable.
· Knowledge and Experience in ISO62443 is highly desirable.
· Coding knowledge such as Java, Java Card, Python is highly desirable.
· Experience in Common Criteria evaluations methodology is highly desirable.
