Job Requirements岗位要求: 1. Work with ftys of development on his own, clear the WS requests and ensure ftys understand well to achieve qualified samples. Able to train & manager ftys to upload proper sample photos, measurement report timely when samples finished. 2. Follow up orders from initial sampling to bulk shipment, Be responsible for the whole production process. 3. With industry knowledge about fabric, color dyeing/printing, garment construction, fits, lab testing, embellishment/embroidery, production quality, logistic/shipping, etc. Having knowledge and experiences in seamless is an advantage but not a must. 4. Team-work spirit, liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the production is on track and the quality is up to customer’s standard. 5. Skillfully communicating with internal and external parties and properly managing email communication & updating Dev tool & TNA on time. 6. Able to manage and process office systems in daily merchandising works after training, main system is PLM system and order data system. 7. Handling production submits/approvals according to PO delivery/TNA dates: Fabric/trim quality, labels, lead test report approval, fit sample/PPs/Production sample, AD/salesman sample, showroom samples, shortage update, etc. Ensure submit/samples are checked carefully according to company’s requirement before passing out, including fabric weight/handfeel, color, stretch, size, labels, hangtags, packing, etc. 8. Analysis and forecasting order status via time and action calendar, WIP to achieve on-time delivery. Make sure to report potential delivery delay in advance. 9. Able to retrieve and facilitate problem solution when necessary 10. Go to vendor office/factory/mill to solve problems/issues proactively when needed, and establish a proper relationship with all vendors. 11. Capable of guiding vendors about company’s requirements for production and train up a new vendor. 12. Strong sense of responsibility, organized, detailed-oriented, and willing to learn and get improvement. 13. Follow and perform other additional duties assigned by the supervisor, able to assist the supervisor on team’s works and problem solving.
