工作职责Job responsibility: 1. 提供符合公司标准的客户服务,为顾客推荐合适的货品,提供专业产品知识,给予良好客户体验。 Provide detailed customer services accorded with TUMI customer service standards, appropriate recommendations, and professional product knowledge to the customers to ensure their great experience. 2. 定期维护VIP老客, 进行产品推荐、答疑、活动邀约等工作。 Maintain good relationship to VIP regularly by delicate recommendation patient Q&A, invitation of events, etc. 3. 具有销售意识,完成个人销售目标,并且协助完成店铺销售目标。 Have a strong awareness of sales, achieved individual sales targets, and accomplish store sales targets. 4. 按照公司及商场的相关规定,协助店铺负责人妥善应对店铺内的突发事件及处理客户投诉。 In accordance with the relevant regulations of the company and the mall, assist store manager to deal with the emergencies and complaints properly. 5. 认真仔细地核对每天销售及库存商品的账目。 Check daily sales and inventory accounts carefully. 6. 保障货品安全,按规定认真做好盘点工作 Ensure products’ safety and finish inventory work seriously as required. 7. 认真做好店铺日常清洁和陈列,维持店铺整体形象 Tidy up the store and set out products orderly to maintain store image. 8. 严格遵守公司和商场的各项规章制度。 Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the company and the mall.
岗位要求Requirements: 1. 有亲和力及客户服务意识。 With an attractive temperament and strong serving conscience. 2. 热爱零售行业,热情主动,有一定品牌销售经验,有奢侈品及箱包类销售经验者优先考虑。 Be enthusiastic about sales work and have been going in for sales for more than 3 years. Candidates with premium brands/luggage/bags sales experience are preferred. 3. 工作态度端正,具有一定的沟通表达能力,富有团队合作精神。 Have a right attitude towards working, excellent communication skills and a good team-work spirit. 4. 责任感强、诚实可信、爱岗敬业。 Responsible, faithful and hardworking. 5. 了解店铺基本营运流程。 Be familiar with basic operation process of store. 6. 掌握基本的办公软件操作,普通话标准,可提供英语服务者优先考虑。 Be familiar with fundamental office software. Speak standard mandarin. Fluent English speakers are preferred.
