Primary contact person for customer complaints and follow up of actions of customer audit.
Organize and prepare customer visits and system audits.
Assure production processes are executed according defined SOP, procedures and 5S discipline.
Performs statistical analysis and trend monitoring of quality measurements.
Execute and follow-up on the necessary actions to obtain customer PPAP and closing of NC of customer audits.
Submit and follow up complaints towards supplier, review supplier 8 D and follow-up on the necessary improvement actions to guarantee supplier quality.
Set and maintain control plan, monitor and evaluate control plan in order to guarantee product and process quality according customer specifications.
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
岗位要求:
3 years or above experience in components quality management in automotive industry.
Familiar with VDA6.1/TS16949/ISO14001system ; prefer with internal auditor certification.
Familiar with the quality tools eg. APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, DOE.
Good negotiation and communication skills both in English and Chinese.
Bachelor or above with engineering background.
