主要职责Major Responsibilities:
·To analyze financial reports, be responsible for cost accounting and financial analysis;
·分析财务报表,负责成本核算,财务分析工作;
·To establish effective communication with other departments, especially the business department, can find the problems and solve the problems to improve the efficiency;
·与其他各部门建立有效沟通,尤其是业务部,能发现问题并能解决问题;
·Responsible for personnel recruitment;
·负责人员招聘工作;
·Responsible for verification of procurement;
·负责采购验证核查;
·Support related administrative work;
·完成部分行政工作;
·Others tasks assigned by leader.
·完成交代的其他任务;
·Report to CFO;
·工作汇报给首席财务官;
·Working location in Shanghai;
·工作地点在上海;
Main Requirements:
·At least 3-5 years working experience in Finance accounting / HR;
·至少有3-5年以上会计/人事行政相关工作经验;
·Familiar with financial system, and proficient in office software;
·熟悉财务系统,熟练操作办公软件;
·Team player and can work under pressure;
·具有良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力;
·Excellent communication skills;
·具备出色的沟通技巧;
·Good at written English.
·具备书面英语;
