The position incumbent ensures, that
- Conduct daily controlling operation/cost control; work together closely with plant operational team to achieve BU target
- Manage and ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and reporting
- Perform analysis on deviation vs budget/ forecast according to key principle "No Surprises”, identify root cause and provide reasonable suggestion / advice to plant management team. In case of deviations initiate immediately corrective actions
- Prepare 5Y plan, yearly budgets, periodic rolling forecast for the plant, and proactively drive to achieve plant business goals and budget targets, increase profitability to meet BU requirement
- Understand how to obtain and maintain information from SAP modules (CO, FI, ***, Purchasing, Launch….)
- Maintain and ensure correct standard cost for product costing in SAP
- Develop and implement actions plans to meet the operational targets, strategic goals and customer/market requirements.
- Member of the plant /local management-team: participate in decisions for operational and general plant / location topics.
- Ensure implementation and conformity with all Eberspaecher Purem, Tools, Standards and Processes. Ensure high data quality and transparency
- Responsibility and supervision of plant key performance data and business processes.
- Implementation of KPI methodology and Plant Scorecard Tool in the plant. Perform regular KPI -Reviews with BU
- Close to work with cross functions: logistic, production, plant management team and BU team
- Perform all other tasks as required by leaders
Requirement Profile
Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in accounting / finance or equivalent
- Experience in automotive business and understanding of automotive environment
- Minimum 8 years working experience in the Finance or accounting, at least 3 years’ controlling experience in “Plant”
- Experience with SAP, skilled with FICO module particularly
- Good business acumen, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in a leadership position is a plus
- Fluent in English at both oral and written
- Strong communication skills; High sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Proactive, open minded, can adapt to changes and work under pressure
