岗位职责: 1、Responsible for the installation, commissioning, acceptance and verification of our equipment; 负责设备现场安装、调试、验收及验证工作; 2、Responsible for the maintenance of equipment within and outside the quality guarantee period; 负责设备质保期内外的维护工作; 3、Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions; 客户现场进行设备问题及技术故障诊断,提供合理的解决方案; 4、Support and train customers on the product solutions that have been purchased; 为客户提供所购设备的培训及支持; 5、Build positive relationships with customers; 维护良好的客户关系; 6、Produce timely and detailed service reports; 准时提交客户服务报告; 7Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization, provide Input on new designs and enhancements to existing products. 通过组织内部信息共享机制,与设计团队密切配合,为公司现有产品的改进、优化提供支持。
任职要求: 1、Education/Degree Requirements: University degree with preference in science and technology; 教育背景:理工科类,大专以上学历; 2、Language requirements --- English CET-4 or above 英语四级以上 3、Computer proficiency – knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); 办公自动化操作熟练; 4、Be adaptability, responsibility, enthusiasm,and have a good team spirit; 具有较强应变能力,有责任心,对人热情,具有良好的团队合作精神
