The Product Manager is responsible for the product strategy/roadmap, managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:
？ Manage and lead standard management routine activities pertaining to Product Management Teams driving all product related work, measuring metrics, conducting analytics.

？ Conduct regular industry, market and competitor analyses, including detailed segmentations of end consumers and customers.

？ Lead the execution of detailed demand planning for all product lines based on input from industry, market and competitor analyses.

？ Make recommendations to logistic department on potenial sales volumes, schedules and timing based on output of demand planning.

？ Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to review and adjust the product strategy, plan (including targeted programs and promotions) and countermeasures for all new and existing product lines based on performance.

？ Bachelor Degree, majored in machining, electronics, battery related etc.

？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Both Chinese and English

？ Experience in leading power tool brands in product management, R&D, project management etc.
