Responsibility: 1. Support BU team to get the competitive quotation during phase of "Acquire & Quote" , to increase hit-rate. 2. Providing RFQ package to supplier via Coupa, including timelines to optimize purchasing efficiency and negotiation result. 3. Organize technical review with potential suppliers, involve related function e.g.SQE, ME. 4. Negotiate and finalize cost with team (PPU & Commodity) then prepare and perform on-line auction with potential suppliers. 5. Prepare SDM based on on-line auction result for GSM in corporation with commodity purchasing/SQE, and other stakeholders. 6. Organize kickoff meeting with supplier for target of quality/timing. 7. Track and ensure project in terms of Secure launch. Maintain work package & PU BOM& Secure launch in SAP system. 8. Ensure suppliers' schedules are consistent with the project schedule. 9. Follow-up Engineering Changes in project development phase. 10. Collaborating and communicating closely with BU Customer line. 11. Other works arranged by managers,
Qualifications & Experiences needed 1. University bachelor degree of engineering (mechanical engineering is preferred) 2. Min 4 years experiences in project purchasing/Commodity purchasing/SQE in automotive industry. 3. Be familiar with auto industry standard, manufacture process and supplier development process. 4. Good teamwork in a matrixed organization. and can work under pressure. 5. Fluent English language both in written and spoken. 6. Strong working knowledge of global supply base. 7. Skillful and tough negotiator. 8. Project management experience a plus.
