Analyze and solve engineering problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively X-ray sub-systems, components and equipment, either in-house or on-site. Analyze and perform repair work of customer returned failed products according to company repair procedure or know-how. Organize and perform local training courses to customers or colleagues. Perform X-ray in-house application and implement as know-how documentation. Assist and support sales team in carrying out technical assignments for market & sales department. Direct efforts of assisting OEM customer engaged in installation or trouble shooting of X-ray sub-system and components. Provide direct engineering advisory assistance to customer, and liaison within the company, on issues dealing with the products or related matters. Log customer's services, complains or returns in database and track for the case closing. Satisfied customer by service support and co-ordinate with sales department.
Job requirements
At least Bachelor of engineering degree in Electrical or Auto Control Engineering. Possess minimum three (3) years’ service experience. Experience in industry or xray service/application would be an advantage. Fluent in English High degree of initiative and good communication skills. Capable and willing to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision. Willing to travel, even at short notice for emergency services. Team work
