Bronkhorst (Shanghai) Instrumentation Trading Co. Ltd (BHT-SH) has become operational in Shanghai, China since January 2013. In order to meet the needs of continuous business growth in China market, Bronkhorst (Shanghai) is looking for the following position:
Inside Sales Support Location: Shanghai Reporting directly to: Country Manager, Bronkhorst (Shanghai) Job Purpose: Support Sales and Distribution Channel for all pre-sales activities, include but not limited to commercial, operational and technical aspects As local point of contact for local pricing, order processing, scheduling and delivery Support Sales Channel on product configuration and quotation Main Duties and Responsibilities Handle phone calls, mails and inquiries from both direct Sales and Sales channels Provide product applications, configurations and specifications support for field sales and sales channels Provide quotations for sales and the order follow up Process orders of sales demands Analyzes and report business performance and customer satisfaction metrics Other tasks as assigned by Management Qualifications Bachelor degree, preferably technical and engineering related discipline Over 3 years’ working experiences in a similar field Knowledge of instrument and measurement is a plus Excellent communication skills, both English and Chinese in writing and oral Skillful in using Office, Excel and etc. Open minded and with a can-do attitude Team player and able to adapt quickly
