岗位职责: 1.根据公司的流程和规范负责接受客户/代理的订舱审核并放舱,确保完成总部设定的KPI 2.按照客户要求负责有关订舱的相关工作并及时反馈 3.负责处理危险品及其他特殊品名和舱位要求的申请 4.负责整理收集每条船的集装箱订舱信息并在规定时间内发给船东 5.负责整理清理每条船的信息(约号,路径,品名等等要素) 6.负责跟进客户电话及邮件的相关业务咨询并解决问题,协调公司各部门及外部客户,确保日常工作顺利进行 1. To follow up E-booking according to global booking acceptance procedure (route, space, rate, commodity etc. ), to ensure achieve KPI set up by HQ. 2. To follow up booking related issues/requirements from internal/external customers and give feedback in timely manner. 3. To handle DG cargo/special cargo/equipment/special stowage application. 4. To prepare the Container Booking Forecast to vessel owner. 5. To handle Vessel/Booking clean up Per Daily Basis. 6. To handle email and telephone from internal & external customers and solve the problem to meet customers requirements.
岗位要求: 1.良好的沟通能力和英语运用能力 2.有较强的执行能力, 能在规定时间内完成工作,并具备抗压能力 3.有较强的办公室软件使用技能 4.***本科毕业,航运或运输相关专业或是具备相关行业工作经验者优先 1. Good communication skills, including English language skills 2. Good at process executions and ability to work against deadlines and pressure 3. Good at MS Office Software operations (esp Excel) 4. Bachelor degree with major related to Shipping/Transportation or working experience is preferred
