Responsibility: 1. Collaborate with the Social Compliance Team in ongoing improvements of Social Compliance program; 2. Conduct social compliance audit and review CAP with supplier in a timely and accurate manner; 3. Contribute to the development, revision, and update of Supplier Engagement Program; 4. Conduct training and promotion for Supplier Engagement Program
Requirement: 1. Degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience in social compliance auditing/CSR project in supply chain; 2. Understanding of China National and Provincial Labour Laws & Standards; 3.Familiar with international social compliance program and audit protocols (e.g. SEDEX, ICTI, BSCI, SA8000 and WRAP); 4.External social compliance audit certification (e.g. SA8000, ICTI or similar systems); 5.Experience in a trading/ sizeable sourcing / buying office preferred but not a must; 6.Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, with ability to write full audit report in English; 7. Experience from designing and implementing successful employee and community engagement programs; 8.High personal ethics; 9.Independent and willing to travel; 10.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
