一、Main Responsibilities 主要职能:
1. 产品需求分析与规划
Product Requirement Analysis and Planning
-协助收集全球市场和客户反馈,初步分析产品需求,为新产品开发提供数据支持。
Assist in collecting global market and customer feedback to conduct preliminary analysis of product requirements, providing data support for new product development.
-参与新产品概念的初步评估,协助撰写需求文档,确保需求清晰、明确且符合市场需求。
Participate in the preliminary evaluation of new product concepts and assist in writing requirement documents to ensure clear, precise, and market-oriented requirements.
-协助制定产品开发计划,包括时间表和关键里程碑的设定。
Help develop product development plans, including timelines and key milestones.
2. 研发项目管理
NPD Project Management
-协助产品开发的项目规划,包括任务分解、资源分配和时间预估等基础工作。
Support in project planning, including task breakdown, resource allocation, and time estimation.
-跟踪研发进度,及时发现并反馈项目中的问题,协助协调资源解决问题。
Track R&D progress, identify and report project issues in a timely manner, and assist in coordinating resources to resolve them.
-参与研发过程中的测试工作,协助发现和记录问题,推动问题的快速解决。
Participate in testing during the NPD project process to help identify and document issues, driving their prompt resolution.
-协助进行项目风险管理,识别潜在风险并提出初步应对措施。
Assist in project risk management by identifying potential risks and proposing preliminary mitigation measures.
3. 项目文档管理
Project Documentation Management
-负责项目相关文档的整理和归档,确保文档的完整性和可追溯性。
Be responsible for organizing and archiving project-related documents to ensure their completeness and traceability.
-协助撰写项目阶段性报告,总结项目进展和成果,为管理层提供决策支持。
Assist in writing project progress reports to summarize project developments and achievements, providing decision-making support for management.
4. 跨部门沟通与协调
Cross- Communication and Coordination with different department
-协助产品、研发、测试、市场等多部门之间的沟通,确保信息的准确传递和及时反馈。
Facilitate communication between product, R&D, testing, marketing, and other departments to ensure accurate information transfer and timely feedback.
-参与国际团队会议,协助记录会议纪要并跟踪会议决议的执行情况。
Participate in international team meetings, assist in recording meeting minutes, and follow up on the implementation of meeting resolutions.
5. 费用管理
Cost Management
-协助完成研发及项目相关费用的记录、管理和汇总,确保费用的合理使用和透明化。
Assist in recording, managing, and summarizing R&D and project-related expenses to ensure their rational use and transparency.
6. 生产协调
Production Coordination
-与工厂生产商保持紧密的沟通与协调,确保产品的生产进度符合计划,及时解决生产过程中出现的问题,保障产品按时上市。
Maintain close communication and coordination with factory manufacturers to ensure production progress aligns with plans, promptly address any issues that arise during production, and ensure products are launched on schedule.
7. 市场与竞品分析
Market and Competitive Analysis
-协助进行市场调研,收集竞争对手的产品信息,分析市场趋势和竞品特点。
Assist in market research to gather information on competitors' products, analyze market trends and competitive features.
-参与制定产品差异化策略,为产品定位和市场推广提供参考。
Participate in developing product differentiation strategies to provide references for product positioning and market promotion.
8. 其他职责
Others
-完成上级交待的其他临时任务,支持团队的日常运营。
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors to support the team's daily operations.

二、Key Requirements 任职资格:
-本科及以上学历,材料科学、机械工程、工业设计或相关专业优先
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in materials science, mechanical engineering, industrial design, or related fields.
-1-2年相关工作经验,有产品开发或项目管理实习经验者优先
1-2 years of relevant work experience, with internship experience in product development or project management preferred.
-熟练使用Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)等办公软件
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-具备基本的项目管理知识,了解敏捷开发或传统瀑布模型者优先
Basic knowledge of project management, with understanding of agile development or traditional waterfall models preferred.
-良好的数据分析能力,能够通过数据支持决策
Good data analysis skills to support decision-making through data.
-熟练使用英语进行书面和口头沟通,具备跨文化沟通能力
Fluent in written and spoken English, with cross-cultural communication skills.
-熟悉并能够运用AI等创新工具协助高效完成工作任务。
Familiarity with and ability to use AI and other new tools to efficiently complete work tasks with limited personnel.

三、Language skills 语言能力:
-英语English: CET-6, 普通话Mandarin at a high level.
