Job Description 岗位职责：
前期与采购工程师配合，参与国内潜在供应商的选择和评价 Cooperate with the procurement engineer to participate in the selection and evaluation of potential domestic suppliers.
负责编制与供应商的质量协议及组织相应检验工作 Responsible for preparing quality agreement with suppliers and organizing corresponding inspection
负责新项目供应商检验流程的规划并实施 Responsible for defining and implement inspection process for new project.
负责供应商制造记录的收集及检查。 Responsible for collecting and checking records from suppliers.
负责对供应商供货质量的统计及评价工作，并对供方的持续改进予以监控 Be responsible for the statistics and evaluation of the supplier's supply quality, and monitor the supplier's continuous improvement.
定期负责供应商现场的检验验收工作 Be responsible for the on-site inspection and acceptance of suppliers regularly
遵守公司所有规章制度 Comply with all rules and regulations of the company
完成上级领导安排的其他工作 Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders
能忍受经常出差 business travelling frequently


Profile Requirements任职要求：
理工科专科及以上 College degree or above in science and engineering
三年及以上制造业企业工作经验 At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry
机械识图能力和焊接产品工艺过程 Mechanical drawing ability and welding product process
熟悉钢结构焊接，了解WPQR，WPS的制定，了解EN1090更佳 Be familiar with steel structure welding, understand the formulation of WPQR and WPS, and EN 1090 is better
熟悉国内外焊接标准，包括工艺标准及检验标准 Familiar with domestic and foreign welding standards, including process standards and inspection standards
了解8D等质量工具 Understand quality tools such as 8D
熟悉ISO9001、AS9100等相关质量体系 Familiar with ISO9001, AS9100 and other related quality systems
具有良好的英语口语及书面表达能力 Good oral and written English skills
具有出色的沟通能力 Excellent communication skills
