We are a company specializing in e-commerce, committed to providing high-quality products and services to customers worldwide. Due to business growth, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team.

职位要求/Job Requirements
1. 独立工作能力：能够自主完成设计任务，从构思到执行高效推进。
Ability to Work Independently: Capable of completing design tasks efficiently from concept to execution.
2. 品牌意识：具备将品牌定位融入设计的能力，能够创造符合品牌形象的视觉作品。
Brand Awareness: Ability to incorporate brand identity into designs and create visuals that align with the brand image.
3. 欧美电商平台设计经验：熟悉欧美电商平台（如亚马逊、Shopify等）的设计风格与要求，曾参与相关项目。
Experience with E-commerce Platforms in Western Markets: Familiarity with the design styles and requirements of platforms like Amazon, Shopify, etc., with prior project involvement.
4. 英语能力：具备基本英语沟通与阅读能力，能够理解设计需求与素材说明。
English Proficiency: Basic English communication and reading skills to understand design briefs and material instructions.

岗位职责/Responsibilities
1 为线上产品开发宣传物料，包括但不限于网页横幅、广告图、社交媒体内容等；
Develop promotional materials for online products, including but not limited to web banners, ad graphics, and social media content.
2 确保设计符合品牌定位及市场需求；
Ensure designs align with brand positioning and market demands.
3 与市场团队协作，优化设计以提升用户转化率；
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize designs for improved user conversion rates.
4 持续关注行业趋势，提升设计质量和市场竞争力。
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance design quality and market competitiveness.
