一、Responsibilities 1. Sourcing and purchasing of a variety of products ranging in fashion biz (watches,belts,hats,scarves etc) 2. Responsible for the sourcing of new suppliers, purchasing, contract negotiations, quality management and international communication with our overseas partners. 3. Responsible with good organizational and communication skills and strong character.
4. Travel to factory to inspect the quality of goods as needed.
5 Identify, develop & maintain relationships with suppliers
6 Ensure effective cost management/negotiation of products to maximize profitability.
7 Manage production & quality inspections to make sure all the goods are shipped on time.
8 Ensure good workflow & communication in all phases of development between Design, Sourcing and Production.
二．Requirements Requirements * Bachelor degree with 3 years sourcing
* Very familiar with retail market and design trend * Strong communication, management and problem solving skills * Self motivated, energetic, result driven and good team player * Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential. * Extended vendor network *. Other skills: Experienced with Windows, Photoshop, and Auto CAD.
