工作内容：Job description：
从事市场拓展和商务处理，独立开发市场，影响客户的决策，争取客户资源,对公司产品的市场占有率承担责任。
Engaged in market expansion and commercial processing, independently develop the market, influence the decisions of customers, and strive for customer resources. Responsible for the market share of the company's products.
与用户进行技术交流。了解用户在芯片热氧化，退火及LPCVD薄膜沉积等技术与业务上的发展要求，与德国内部销售团队沟通，解答用户提出的与芯片制程技术相关问题。
Technical communication with customers. Understand customer's technical and development requirements on device Thermal Oxidation, Annealing and LPCVD film deposition processes, and communicate with internal sales team in Germany to answer customer's questions related to Chip device manufacturing process technology.
参与各项目投标文件的编制，并参与合同技术和商务条款的谈判及修改。
Participate in the preparation of all project bidding documents, and participate in the negotiation of contract technical and commercial terms.
跟进半导体项目技术问题，协调各职能部门资源和客户的资源解决问题，确保项目顺利进行，提高客户满意度。
Follow up the Semiconductor project technical problems, coordinate the resources of functional departments and customers to solve problems, ensure the smooth progress of the project, improve customer satisfaction.
参与半导体SEMICON展览会和其他展览会的筹备工作，负责客户的技术问题和解答。
Participate in the preparation of SEMICON exhibition and other exhibitions, be responsible for customer technical questions and answer.
做好客户资料管理，了解竞争对手的各种动态，定时跟新信息，并书面汇报上级。
Do customer information management, understand the detailed situation of competitors, regularly update the new information, and report to superiors in writing.
保质，保量完成上级安排的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superior with quality and quantity guaranteed.
任职要求：Requirements：
统招本科及以上学历，微电子，半导体物理，化学等相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Chemistry or related.
5年以上半导体Fab厂扩散区或工艺整合工作经验，熟悉硅基或化合物Fab的热氧化，退火及LPCVD膜层沉积等工艺及相关热处理设备, 或者熟悉硅基IGBT、CMOS， MEMS及Logic芯片结构及制造工艺流程，或化合物基SiC MOSFET，SiC JBS，GaN HEMT等芯片结构及制造工艺流程。
More than 5 years working experience in Diffusion area or Process Integration in semiconductor Fab, familiar with Thermal Oxidation, Annealing and LPCVD film deposition process of Silicon based or Compound Fab and related thermal treatment equipment. Or good knowledge of Silicon based IGBT, CMOS, MEMS and Logic device structure and manufacturing process, or Compound based SiC MOSFET, SiC JBS, GaN HEMT and other device structure and manufacturing process.

Effective communication skills, rigorous analytical and logical ability. Support the Project Department to find the root cause of product failure or equipment abnormality according to customer feedback by professional analysis.
