工作职责：
1、 制定并跟踪新产品开发时间表、编写工艺流程、试产直至顺利投放量产的项目管理；
Be responsible for NPI and coordination of new product engineering activities towards the development and release to manufacturing of Discrete products (MOSFET, BJT, SBR, Protection Product, etc).
2、 提交新产品的可靠性计划、特性测试，并支持实验的顺利进行；
Submit the qualification plan and Co-work with Lab to finish the Quality & Reliability test
3、 管理产品工艺的流程变更、检查测试数据和工艺优化改善；
Handle all engineering change order for bill of material(BOM) updates, check date and process optimization improvement.
4、 负责进行客诉的失效分析和改善；
Responsible for failure analysis and improvement of customer complaints
5、 需要同设计、市场、测试开发及生产管理等团队进行跨部门沟通与协作
To communication and collaboration with design, marketing, test development and manufacturing will be required.


岗位要求：
Job Requirements:
1. 大学本科或以上学历，电子/微电子及相关专业, 5年以上相关经验。
2. 熟悉集成电路生产制造流程、IC或分立器件产品工艺、封装测试技术及统计分布知识。
3. 有产品项目管理经验，并能高效的进行项目管理及跨部门沟通。
4. 英文听说读写熟练。
