岗位职责：
1、 执行设备日常的调试安装、故障排除、维护保养，减少设备停机时间，以确保生产线的正常运行。
Perform daily equipment debugging, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and ensure the normal operation of the production line.
2、 实施设备预知性维修，改善工作质量，保持设备的性能状态，提高设备的运行效率。
Implement predictive maintenance of equipment, improve work quality, maintain equipment performance status, and improve equipment operational efficiency.
3、 负责备品备件申购计划，跟踪备件状况。
Responsible for the purchase plan of spare parts and tracking the status of spare parts.
4、 制定、修改设备的相关规范文件，标准操作流程和调试方法。
Develo Develop and modify relevant normative documents, standard operating procedures, and debugging methods for equipment.
5、 培训和管理设备维护技术员，使其能正确熟练地进行设备维护保养作业，及时处理常见设备故障。
Train aTrain and manage equipment maintenance technicians to accurately and proficiently carry out equipment maintenance operations, and promptly handle common equipment malfunctions


岗位要求：
1. 全日制大专学历；
2. 8年以上工作经验，要求可以独立处理设备的维修及保养工作；
3. WB 站要求会KN/ASM；
4. DB 站要求会ASM/Shinkawa/TOSOK/ESEC。
