Description: Responsible to handle all inquiries received from Customers through emails or platforms or wechat Responsible to make quotation according to recommend parts list of service report and follow up Responsible to handle purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness Responsible to follow up customer’s delivery instruction and inform warehouse deliver parts correctly Responsible to issue commercial invoice to customer and follow up payment status Responsible to chase supplier issue invoice timely& submit invoice timely Responsible to build parts sales by identifying & researching maker parts for OEM or alternative parts Responsible to perform vendor pricing and delivery negotiations to achieve good profit margin and timeliness delivery. Deal with various problems at work independently, has strong adaptability, able to maintain good relationship with customers and supplier Responsible to submit documents of audit new supplier Update necessary/important information in APS To perform dedicated secondary appointments or ad hoc duties assign by Supervisor
Requirements: Proven track record in parts sales, marketing & business development in a Marine & Industrial environment Engineering background in mechanical or electrical engineering Goal getter personality with commercial sense and negotiation skills Chinese only.
