Job Description - Develop, establish and maintain relationships with franchised store, architects, fabricators, builders, developers, designers, and other purchasing influences in the commercial market industry; - Gather and exhibit presentations showcasing ceramics and solid surface and the solutions products that the company has to offer; - Client meeting and requirement analysis; - Proposal presentation, negotiation, deal closing; - Support management in corporate strategy through highly valuable client/prospect feedback and information, review achievement and prospection pipeline; - Attend trade shows and industry events (seminar/forum/ meetings) regarding ceramic/solid surface; - Input client information on the internal customer management, provide quotation and customer sales service; - Possess a strong track record of territory and sales growth;
Job Requirements - University or above; - Have interests and passion in the role of sales/BD for high level construction materials; - Positively valued if had previous experience in foreign owned company and especially in imported ceramics tiles/solid surface company; - Good appearance and personality; - Open-minded, interpersonal, proactive and optimistic; - Self- motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, diligent and eager to learn; team work spirit; - Native Chinese, good English writing and speaking skills, preferably fluent Spanish; - Successful track records of sales.
