Are you passionate about automotive technologies and the future of mobility? Do you have 3 years of experience in automotive, sales (or even better both)?
1. This position is key to ensuring our client requests are fully supported on an ongoing basis and to collaborate with the Sales team to achieve commercial goals. 2. Proactively network and leverage connections to build new opportunities 3. Qualify new business opportunities through professional outreach across our service areas 4. Proactively follow up marketing generated leads 5. Assist the sales team with Key Account Management strategies to maximize potential opportunities and build the SBD brand 6. Update the CRM to ensure information is up to date and accurate and can be used as a proactive sales tool 7. Communicate client needs for sales proposals 8. Provide client support to access portal accounts, provide training support, resolve access issues to enable a smooth customer experience. 9. Support local marketing initiatives and ensure effective follow through between marketing campaigns and regional sales initiatives 10. Developing increased knowledge of CASES automotive technology over time 11. Developing firm grasp of SBD’s broad range of consulting, reports, and data services
Required Skills and Competencies:
1. Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or business development experience to B2B clients 2. Have a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, communications, and/or marketing 3. Extremely passionate about cars and technology 4. Strong attention to detail and effective communications skills with ability to build rapport and inspire confidence (oral and written) 5. Ability to listen to the needs of the customer and effectively facilitate sales 6. Ability to think on your feet and prioritizing numerous opportunities and client needs 7. Computer proficient – MS PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, etc. 8. Team player with the highest ethics, and determined attitude 9. Fluent Chinese Mandarin and excellent spoken and written English.
The above qualities and experience will have been gained within a sales or business development position. Previous automotive technology experience/knowledge is an advantage but not essential. You will ideally have a degree or equivalent in a related subject.
