华域精益体系和麦格纳工厂概念的评审及改善
每年至少参与一次跨团队精益评估(例如:外部 cosma)，创建改进计划，包括每月跟踪股东方精益体系各模块的实施情况;在每月例会上汇报精益推进情况：评分，CI项目进展，员工建议。
MAFACT & HASCO LEAN Assessment + Improvement Plan (A3)
Certified MAFACT Assessor, Participation at least at one cross-group assessment per year (e.g. exteriors 81 cosma), Create improvement plan including monthly implementation tracking for all MAFACT & HASCO LEAN sections; present MAFACT & HASCO LEAN status at monthly General Meeting: Score, Status CI Projects, Employee suggestions.
工厂规划模拟Plant Simulation
应用西门子Plant Simulation软件，为物流总体规划及工艺总体规划提供决策支持。Siemens Plant Simulation software application, supporting the solution for overall logistics planning and overall process planning
布局规划Layout planning
规划、改善和优化现场/工厂/生产线的短期和长期布局。Plan, improve & optimize site/plant/line layout in short term and long term.
持续改善 CI Cost Savings & Problem Solving
领导和跟踪重大CI项目;支持问题解决培训，如A3 (PDCA)、5Why; 识别/支持每个部门的TOP-3改进项目，支持部门员工5why的问题解决培训。应用A3改善计划驱动各部门CI 活动的开展。对核心工艺有深刻的知识;定期进行现场走看，遵循完整的物料流/信息流。
Lead & Tracking of Significant CI Projects; Problem Solving Training including A3 (PDCA)、5Why. Identify/support Top 3 Improvement Projects per Department, 5Why Problem Solving Train division’s employees in Problem Solving. Overall A3 drives selection of all CI activities (division A3 & department A307s). Advanced process knowledge of core processes of the division; Gemba Walk by following the complete material/information flow.
精益工具HASCO Lean and MAFACT Tools
创建并回顾标准化作业，支持TPM并通过TPM识别并跟踪重大改进，为公司最重要的价值流创建VSM，创建VSM路线图并以PDCA支持未来图的达成。支持拉动系统的建立，通过VSM 识别并跟踪重大改进。支持精益相关工具的外部/内部培训。根据MAFACT 指导方针支持目视化看板的实施/控制。Create/ revisit Standardized Work. Identify and track significant improvement via TPM. Support TPM. Create VSM for the most important value stream in the division, create a VSM roadmap to cover all high-runners and consequently work on VSM Current-Future-PDCA; Introduce/Support PULL principle in the division, identify and track significant improvements via VSM. Support the lean tools internal/external training. Support the Implement/ control of MAFACT boards according to MAFACT Guideline.
职位要求：
61Bachelor or above本科以上学历
61Engineering In Industry Engineering/Automation/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing工业工程，自动化，机械， 生产制造等相关专业
工作经验Working Experience
Minimum 5 Years of experience in Lean implementation and/or automation 至少5年的精益生产和自动化经验；
Good Understanding of Lean tools such as VSM/Pull/Standardized work/Waste elimination. 理解价值流分析、拉动生产、标准化作业、消除浪费等精益工具 。
