Ensure professional and efficient utilization of all systems and data sources, follow company best practices and standard operating procedures to capitalize and maximize revenue potential, and ensure all commercial decisions are supported by appropriate data analysis
Create, maintain and update the full suite of RMCC reporting and tools with consistency and high quality
Integrate with other functions to ensure we exceed the expectation of customers, owners and shareholders
Build an effective working relationship with hotel commercial teams and operations to maintain their trust and confidence in the Revenue Management decisions and actions
Support / contribute / participate in projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of RMCC department, reports, process and procedures
Support and integrate with other RMCCs and global commercial service teams to drive business intelligence performance globally
Feed ideas and innovations to drive constant improvement of reporting and operating procedures
Follow company standard to complete data collection, data quality check and data cleaning
Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills, both in Chinese and English
Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internal and external
Positive, open-minded and ready for fast-paced and changing environment
Clear, concise, logical and factual in making arguments and decisions
Ability to recognize trends in data and evaluate complex written and numerical information effectively and efficiently
Ability to prioritize and balance importance, urgency and resources
Determined and energetic, whilst remaining calm and level headed to deliver results
Profession in Microsoft Excel (formula, pivot, VBA), Access, SQL
Technical skills such as Python, Power BI are preferred
Experience of programming and data analysis is preferred
